What We Do

We are the boots on the ground helping families dealing with painful situations of life and death, of hope and despair. Our organization steps in to support families and children in several ways. We provide home visits to those who have been affected by gun violence, connecting them to necessary resources. We attend funerals of fallen youth to speak about violence prevention and share our support with their communities. We also seek to expand our work in violence prevention through children’s educational field trips, enrichment activities and community events.

Who We Serve

Our work is not only to support the families who suffer as result of gun violence, but also to prevent the actions of reckless youth. If we can provide them just one glimpse of the alternative, then maybe they have a chance at life. Our services are targeted at youth from marginalized communities, ages 8 – 18.
